All orders are non-refundable. If you received a damaged product, please send pictures of the way your product was received to → email@example.com We will schedule delivery of a replacement order immediately at no additional charge. Call 1-480-361-4633 to obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number and return instructions. Damaged product requests must be received by our warehouse no later than 7 days after purchase. We are not responsible for returned or lost packages. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
WHAT TYPE OF COLLAGEN DO YOU USE?
We use quality sourced grass-fed bovine collagen. Collagen is never derived from plant-sources and companies that purport to have "vegan collagen products" are misleading you into a collagen-like substance that is NOT in fact collagen.
CAN I USE GOLDEN RATIO WHILE PREGNANT & BREASTFEEDING?
Yes. While we always recommend consulting your doctor before starting a new regimen, however we have had many pregnant and nursing women use our products daily with great success.
IS GOLDEN RATIO VEGAN?
No. Our product is collagen-based. There are no vegan sources of collagen. Golden Ratio is 100% Grain Free, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free.
WHAT IS THE MEASUREMENT OF ONE SERVING?
1 scoop is equal to 30g of protein and depending on the flavor varying from 40 - 43 g total weight.

Collagen makes up at least 30% of the entire matrix and Organic Pea Protein makes up 70%.
Is Golden Ratio made in a Nut Free and Wheat Free Facility?
Golden Ratio is processed in a facility that also processes milk, soy, nuts and wheat. While we do separate ingredients and clean machines thoroughly after each run, we still advise customers that there may be unintentional cross-contact between major allergen-containing and allergen-free products. That said, Elite Manufacturing & Packaging does implement an allergen control plan and comply with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices in an effort to reduce and hopefully eliminate cross-contact.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY AUTO-SHIP PROTEIN DELIVERY?
**NOTE: Subscriptions cancel immediately. Customer may want to wait if they are in the middle of their billing cycle.

—From the bottom left corner click “Manage Subscription”, Under “Order Management”.
—From the list of “Your Subscriptions” Select the “Manage” Dropdown.
—Choose “Delete Order” (The last option) + Confirm your request.
Your Subscription has been cancelled, and your card will not be charged again.
CAN I CHANGE MY FLAVOR FOR AUTO-SHIP?
Unfortunately, you would need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe to the new flavor of your choice. Additionally, you can maintain your current subscription and add a single purchase of the new flavor of your choice.
WHAT IS THE OPENING ORDER MINIMUM FOR NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS?
