To be eligible for a return, you must contact customer support at 480-361-4633 or email@example.com and provide a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving from your shipping carrier. It must be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures documenting the damage within 24 hours of receiving your product. A decision will then be made by a Golden Ratio staff member to return the product or to ship out a new product without requiring a return.
To complete your authorized return of damaged product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order # from mygoldenratio.com
